He does.. I fear for our ironic coolkid friend ;~; the worst part being, if ~~Hussie~~ Jake does break his heart, Dirk isn't going to let on.. He'll probably do this, leaving the fans to mourn and gush while he tries to carry on xc
I find that a lot worse an outcome than him having an out-right breakdown.

because this would leave jake completely oblivious to dirk's feelings (being as clueless as he is). dirk having an out-right breakdown would at least make it clearer to jake. but dirk, like dave, isn't someone who likes to share feelings. so the likeliness of him having a breakdown like that would be slim.
